Review:

Life on Earth has continued because of the fact that there are species at every level of animals, able to exist with the neighboring climate ecological climate. Darwin's findings show that it is the dominant genes that allow your taboo in the process of life. However, nature has no desire to support weakness and continues to be prepared to be rewarded. This article has been researched based on quantitative climatological information located in Naqanj village. Naqan settlement is located in the easternmost area of the central part of Birjand city in South Khorasan province in the foothills of the soaring heights and Sardir Gino.

Research method of this research in terms of purpose, theoretical-applied; Field; The nature and method are descriptive-documentary and analytical illustrated studies taken from the book Culture and Architecture of the village (Case study of Naqanj village) (Hosseini, Culture and architecture of the village (Case study of Naqanj village), 1399). There is a library, online, and navigation and sightseeing in the village of Naqanj.

The method of analysis in this study was quantitative and qualitative and based on two quantifying indices of Dumarten and physiological index of the body. The body has an average of three months of the year with thermal comfort, four months of temperature between cold and very cold, one month of the hot year, one month of the cold year and three months of the year very cold. The findings show that the hottest and coldest months of the year were July and January, respectively. The findings confirm that based on climatic ecology in the construction of buildings in this village and other villages and towns in the same area, almost cold weather conditions are considered.

Introduction:

Sustainable development is one of the most comprehensive concepts in all times and survival is necessary to be compatible with the climate. Any change in the lifestyle and lifestyle if it is not compatible with the climate, the determinism of the climate and the environment will endanger the existence and life of the species. It will increase the cost of living. The person who builds a house in the area of the river must also pay for it. Therefore, any action to create a building as a container for living should be based on knowing the climate rather than the cost of living due to energy consumption. To reduce the comfort, in this article we will help by identifying the climate elements and mathematicalizing them for the studied area so that any construction is based on this basis.

Our predecessors have given logical answers to this climate, they have built aqueducts, they have built reservoirs in the plains, they have cultivated plants and trees that are compatible with the climate, they have built houses from sustainable buildings, and they have invented a curved sky (dome) for the roof above their heads.

The climate of each region determines what physical behaviors the inhabitants of that region should exhibit. Naturally, the force of the climate directs the creatures to either adapt themselves to that climate or to leave that climate in different ways. Changing that climate zone can mean disappearing or migrating to other places. Iran is a country with different climates, but in general, it lives in the heart of its vast expanse, the hottest desert in the world. and it imposes its effects on its surrounding environment. South Khorasan province has been a symbiont of this desert for thousands of years. The people of this region have become accustomed to the desert, although the recent droughts have made the tolerance of the desert unbearable for its symbionts. have managed to cope with the desert, although this province is far from the desert or the high and low altitudes, it experiences different climatology conditions, so that the climate of South Khorasan province can be determined based on temperature. The proportion of the province itself was divided into three groups:

1. Very hot weather

2. Hot weather

3. Moderate and cold climate

Compared to the whole province, lowland areas such as Tabas city experience very hot weather, cities like Birjand enjoy warm weather, and cities and villages such as Sarbisheh city and Naganj village enjoy moderate and cold weather.

Knowing the climate can determine what kind of building, with what kind of design and orientation and using what materials we can design and build buildings in these areas so that they experience the least temperature and climate stress.
