چکیده
مقدمه:‌گونه‌های مختلف‌‌‌‌گیاهی به‌خصوص‌درختان درطول‌حیاتشان نسبت به‌تغییرات عوامل اقلیمی واکنش نشان می دهند.علمی که به بازسازی عوامل اقلیمی گذشته از روی دوایرسالیانه درختان می پردازد را علم گاهشناسی درختی گویند. دراین علم‌ شاخص ‌انطباق زمانی دوایر و تشخیص دوایرسالیانه حقیقی از دوایر کاذب و اندازه گیری دقیق پهنای دوایرسالیانه اهمیت بسیاری دارد.

هدف پژوهش کاهش خطاو افزایش دقت اندازه‌گیری پهنای‌ دوایر‌سالیانه ازطریق انتخاب مناسبترین روش اندازه‌گیری می‌باشد برای این منظور از دو روش رادیوگرافی بااشعه ایکس و روش عکس‌برداری برای اندازه گیری پهنای دوایر‌سالیانه درخت زربین در منطقه رودبار استفاده شده است.

موادوروشها:درمنطقه مورد مطالعه رودبار بصورت گزینشی تعداد 5 اصله درخت زربین انتخاب شد. دیسک‌های مناسب و موردنیاز درارتفاع برابرسینه درخت برش داده شد. برای آشکارسازی دوایرسالیانه ازتیغه وسمباده کاغذی استفاده شد. درروش عکس‌برداری برای اندازه گیری پهنای دوایرسالیانه ازتصاویر گرفته شده توسط دوربین عکاسی و. در روش رادیوگرافی از تصاویر گرفته شده توسط اشعه ایکس استفاده‌ شد. اندازه گیری پهنای-دوایرسالیانه برحسب میلیمتر بوسیله نرم افزار دیجی‌مایزر انجام شده است.

نتایج: با توجه به پارامترهای بدست آمده نتایج نشان داد که میزان تطابق زمانی تشکیل دوایرسالیانه در روش رادیوگرافی 95 درصد و در روش عکس‌برداری 70 درصد است. که نشان دهنده دقت بیشتر روش‌ رادیوگرافی در مقایسه با روش عکس‌برداری است. همبستگی ‌بالای ‌روش ‌رادیوگرافی‌(r=0.75) نسبت ‌به عکاس‌برداری (r=0.40) درسطح ‌اطمینان95درصد با منحنی‌کرونولوژی ‌‌نشانه ‌مناسب ‌بودن ‌این ‌روش‌ است.

به‌طورکلی لازمه تشخیص دقیق تغیرات عوامل اقلیمی در‌گذشته از‌روی مشخصات پهنای دوایر سالیانه درختان ،داشتن اطلاعات درست است که بستگی به روش اندازه گیری دارد .دراین پژوهش با توجه به پارامترهای گاهشناسی بدست آمده و مقایسه نتایج اندازه گیری پهنای دوایر سالیانه درخت زربین در هردو روش عکسبرداری و رادیوگرافی، بهترین روش رادیوگرافی با اشعه ایکس تشخیص داده شد. مشگل ‌این ‌روش‌هزینه‌ بالای ‌آن ‌در مقایسه ‌با ‌روش ‌عکس‌برداری‌ است.که ‌با توجه ‌به ‌دقت ‌موردنیاز درعلم ‌گاهشناسی ‌مقرون به‌صرفه -است..

چکیده English

Abstract

Different plant species, especially trees, react to the changes of climatic factors during their life.The science that deals with the reconstruction of past climatic factors based on the annual rings of trees is called dendrochronology. In this science, the temporal adaptation of rings and distinguishing true annual rings from false rings is important.The aim of this research is to reduce the error of measuring the annual growth ring width. In order to detect the real annual rings, the X-ray radiography method was used in comparison with the usual method of measuring the annual growth ring width of the cypress tree in the Rudbar region.The annual ring width was measured with an accuracy of 0.01 mm using the Miniviwer software.The results after time adaptation and standardization were compared with the results of the usual method. The results showed that the matching rate (GLK) in the radiographic method is 95% and in the conventional method is 70%. which shows the greater accuracy of this method compared to the usual method of measuring the ring growth width of the cypress tree. The correlation of the chronology obtained from radiographic measurements with precipitation and temperature changes is higher than the chronology obtained from the data obtained by the usual method.
