تحلیلی بر خشکسالی های ایران در نیم قرن گذشته

چکیده

خشکسالی یکی ازپدیده های اقلیمی است که هر ساله خسارتهای زیادی به بخش های مختلف طبیعی از جمله منابع آبی و محیط زیست و انسان در روی کره زمین وارد می سازد. در دهه اخیر با توجه با فراوانی وقوع خشکسالی در ایران و کاهش منابع آبی، پیامدهای آن ملموس شده و برنامه ریزان و مدیران را با مشکل روبرو می سازد. هدف این پژوهش، شناخت رفتار پدیده خشکسالی در یک دوره طولانی و تعیین نواحی خشکسالی ایراناست. بنابراین داده های ماهانه بارش برای دوره 50 ساله از 1961 2010 ایستگاهای سینوپتیک ایران، چگونگی خشکسالی های بلند مدت در مقیاس 24 ماهه مشخص گردید. در این مطالعه از روش استاندارد بارش، تحلیل مولفه اصلی و خوشه بندی برای تعیین خشکسالی ها و نواحی همگن خشکسالی در ایران استفاده شد. نتایج حاکی است، خشکسالی در ایران از رفتارمنظم فضایی و منطقی در دراز مدت برخوردار است چنانکه این روند شمال غربی جنوب شرقی بوده و 7 ناحیه همگن خشکسالی بلند مدت در ایران وجود د ارد. از نظر مدیریت ریسک و بحران خشکسالی در ایران با توجه به سری های زمانی رفتار خشکسالی هر ناحیه در نیم قرن اخیر، به ترتیب ناحیه 1، 3، 5، 7، 6، 2 و4 در اولویت قرار دارند. اواخر دهه 90 وکل دهه 2000 شدیدترین و بیشترین توالی خشکسالی در 6 ناحیه ایران در نیم قرن اخیر اتفاق افتاده است. ناحیه 1 شامل ایستگاهای شمال غربی و گرگان بیشترین دوره خشکسالی 25 ساله را تجربه کرده است. از آنجا که پیامدهای ناشی از آن تا سالها بعد از پایان خشکسالی در یک ناحیه آشکار می شود. بنابراین مدیریت ریسک و بحران جدی در اربتاط با این پدیده بر حسب برنامه ریزی منطقه ای و اولویت بندی برای طرح های مخصوص هر ناحیه مفید می باشد.
