تحلیلی بر خشکسالی های ایران در نیم قرن گذشته
خشکسالی یکی ازپدیده های اقلیمی است که هر ساله خسارتهای زیادی به بخش های مختلف طبیعی از جمله منابع آبی و محیط زیست و انسان در روی کره زمین وارد می سازد. در دهه اخیر با توجه با فراوانی وقوع خشکسالی در ایران و کاهش منابع آبی، پیامدهای آن ملموس شده و برنامه ریزان و مدیران را با مشکل روبرو می سازد. هدف این پژوهش، شناخت رفتار پدیده خشکسالی در یک دوره طولانی و تعیین نواحی خشکسالی ایراناست. بنابراین داده های ماهانه بارش برای دوره 50 ساله از 1961 – 2010 ایستگاهای سینوپتیک ایران، چگونگی خشکسالی های بلند مدت در مقیاس 24 ماهه مشخص گردید. در این مطالعه از روش استاندارد بارش، تحلیل مولفه اصلی و خوشه بندی برای تعیین خشکسالی ها و نواحی همگن خشکسالی در ایران استفاده شد. نتایج حاکی است، خشکسالی در ایران از رفتارمنظم فضایی و منطقی در دراز مدت برخوردار است چنانکه این روند شمال غربی – جنوب شرقی بوده و 7 ناحیه همگن خشکسالی بلند مدت در ایران وجود د ارد. از نظر مدیریت ریسک و بحران خشکسالی در ایران با توجه به سری های زمانی رفتار خشکسالی هر ناحیه در نیم قرن اخیر، به ترتیب ناحیه 1، 3، 5، 7، 6، 2 و4 در اولویت قرار دارند. اواخر دهه 90 وکل دهه 2000 شدیدترین و بیشترین توالی خشکسالی در 6 ناحیه ایران در نیم قرن اخیر اتفاق افتاده است. ناحیه 1 شامل ایستگاهای شمال غربی و گرگان بیشترین دوره خشکسالی 25 ساله را تجربه کرده است. از آنجا که پیامدهای ناشی از آن تا سالها بعد از پایان خشکسالی در یک ناحیه آشکار می شود. بنابراین مدیریت ریسک و بحران جدی در اربتاط با این پدیده بر حسب برنامه ریزی منطقه ای و اولویت بندی برای طرح های مخصوص هر ناحیه مفید می باشد.

فراکاوی روند بارش در ایران و ارتباط آن با واداشت های پیوند از دور
در سال های اخیرکاهش و نوسان بارش در سطح کشور بحران های زیست- محیطی زیادی ایجاد نموده است؛ شناخت دلایل این وردایی ها جهت برنامه ریزی توسسعه پایدار محور ، ضروری می باشد. در این تحقیق ابتدا سری زمانی و روند بارش میانگین کشور و بارش های ایستگاهی بررسی و در نهایت ارتباط بارش کشور با نوسان و تغییر واداشت ها بزرگ اقلیمی تبیین شده است. این پژوهش در دو مرحله انجام گردید: نخست داده های 34 الگوی پیوند از دور از مرکز اقیانوسی و جوشناسی ملی نوآ (NOAA ) و سایر مراکز در دوره آماری 2009- 1965 گردآوری شد؛ سپس داده های بارش ماهانه 36 ایستگاه اصلی هواشناسی کشور با طول دوره ی آماری مشابه از سازمان هواشناسی دریافت گردید. بررسی روندها نشادن داد که اغلب ایستگاه های مورد مطالعه دچار کاهش بارش شده اند؛ به طوری که با استفاده از آزمون من کندال سری زمانی بارش میانگین کشور نشان دهنده روند کاهشی معنادار بارش می باشد. نقشه های چولگی و کشیدگی بارش سالانه نشان دهنده فراوانی بیشتر سال های بارشی کمتر از نرمال در بیشتر نقاط کشور به ویژه در نیمه ی جنوب شرقی و طی دهه ی گذشته است. بررسی روند بارش ایستگاه های مورد مطالعه نشان دهنده کاهش بارش است که در نیمه شمال غربی کشور از سایر مناطق معنی دار تر و شدیدتر است. همچنین در نقشه ضریب تغییر بارش سالانه به طور واضحی نوسانهای سال به سال زیاد بارش بویژه در نیمه جنوب شرقی کشور دیده می شود. با استفاده از رویکرد تحلیل مسیر مشخص شد که پویایی و نوسان همرفت در شرق اقیانوس هند (نوسان مادن - جولین)، موثرترین الگوی پیونداز دور کنترل کننده بارش میانگین کشور می باشد.

بررسی اثرات نوسان شبهدوسالانه (QBO) بر وردسپهر برونحارهای در اوایل زمستان از دیدگاه انرژی
نوسان شبهدوسالانه (QBO) بهعنوان نوسان غالب در پوشنسپهر حارهای اثرات مهمی در منطقه برونحاره دارد. این اثرات همچنین در وردسپهر زِبَرین نیز مشاهده شده است. برای این منظور در این پژوهش اثرات نوسان QBO بر وردسپهر برونحارهای از دیدگاه انرژی بررسی میشود. تغییر انرژی جنبشی پیچکی با زمان متأثر از چندین عامل واداشت نظیر همگرایی شار کل، همگرایی شار آزمینگرد انرژی، تبدیل کژفشار و تبدیل فشارورد است. در پژوهش حاضر از دادههای روزانه NCEP/NCAR از سال 1953 تا 2011 میلادی برای محاسبه انرژی جنبشی و همگرایی شار کل در فازهای مختلف QBO استفاده میشود. نتایج حاکی از آن است که بیشینۀ انرژی جنبشی پیچکی بر روی مسیرهای توفان که دارای بیشینۀ فعالیت پیچکی هستند، قرار دارد. شدت و محل این بیشینه مقادیر در فازهای مختلف QBO متفاوت است، بهطوریکه این مقادیر بیشینه در همه ماهها در فاز غربی قویتر و گستردهتر از فاز شرقی است و در ماه دسامبر بیشترین مقدار خود را در مسیر توفان اطلس در ناحیه گستردهای از شرق تا غرب اطلس دارد. همچنین شار کل نیز در ماه دسامبر شدت و گستره بیشتری نسبت به دیگر ماهها دارد.

ارزیابی محصول تبخیرـ تعرق پتانسیل از سنجنده MODIS با استفاده از آمار ایستگاههای همدیدی در استان زنجان
تبخیرـ تعرق پتانسیل یک پارامتر مهم هواشناسی کشاورزی است و برآوردهای قابل اطمینان از تبخیر- تعرق پتانسیل برای مدیریت آبیاری، تخصیص منابع آب، مدیریت مصرف و تقاضا، طراحی و مدیریت زیرساختهای منابع آب و ارزیابی چرخه آب، عاملی حیاتی است. به دلیل محدودیت روشهای ایستگاهی، تاکنون الگوریتمهای مختلفی برای استخراج تبخیر-تعرق پتانسیل از تصاویر ماهوارهای توسعه داده شده است. هدف از این مقاله ارزیابی دقت محصول تبخیر-تعرق از تصاویر سنجنده مادیس در یک دوره آماری 2000 الی 2012 بر فراز استان زنجان میباشد. بدین منظور تبخیرـ تعرق پتانسیل با گام زمانی روزانه از روش پنمن مانتیث فائو در چهار ایستگاه سینوپتیک استان زنجان طی دوره آمار محاسبه گردید و سپس با استفاده از شاخص های آماری با نتایج حاصله از محصول تبخیر-تعرق سنجنده مادیس مورد مقایسه وارزیابی قرار گرفت. کلیه عملیات آمادهسازی و پردازش لازم برروی تصاویر مادیس با استفاده از نرمافزار مطلب MATLABصورت گرفت. نتایج بررسیها نشان داد که محصول سنجنده مادیس (MOD16A2 ) میزان تبخیر تعرق پتانسیل را در تمامی ایستگاه های استان زنجان به جز ایستگاه خرم دره کمتر از میزان محاسبه شده به روش پنمن مانتیث فائو برآورد میکند. بطوریکه مقدار تبخیر-تعرق در ایستگاههای خدابنده، زنجان و ماهنشان به ترتیب به میزان 19/10- ، 55/10- و 68/3- میلیمتر در طی هشت روز کمتر براورد گردیده است و در ایستگاه خرمدره ETp به میزان 57/0+ بیش براورد داشته است. همچنین ضرایب همبستگی بدست آمده از ایستگاههای خدابنده، خرمدره، زنجان و ماهنشان بین محصول ماهوارهای و تخمین ایستگاهی برابر 77/0 ، 78/0 ، 74/0 و 78/0 بود که در مجموع باتوجه به ضرایب همبستگی بالا میتوان گفت محصول ماهوارهای تبخیر-تعرق در مناطق فاقد آمار قابل استفاده است.

بررسی عددی توفان های تندری توسط مدل WRF- ARW در تهران(10 مطالعهی موردی)
پیش بینی پدیده های مخرب از مهم ترین وظایف مراکز پیش بینی وضع هوا می باشد که می توان بر اساس آن امنیت پرواز را تامین نمود. در این پژوهش،جهت پیش آگاهی از توفان های تندری مخاطره آمیز، ده مورد توفان رخ داده در تهران طی سال های 2013- 2006 با استفاده از مدل ARW-WRF بررسی شدند. جهت تعیین میزان ناپایداری در محیط شاخص هایی از قبیل مجموع مجموعه ها (TT)، شاخص (KI)، شاخص شوالتر (SI)، شاخص (SWEAT)، شاخص (LI) و انرژی پتانسیل در دسترس همرفتی (CAPE+ ) توسط برونداد مدل محاسبه شده و توسط نمودارهای ترمودینامیکی گمانه زنی در ساعت های UTC 00 وUTC 12 مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. چهار مورد پیکربندی از طرحواره های فیزیکی مورد استفاده قرار گرفت که با توجه به نتایج، پیکربندی شامل خرد فیزیک: Thompson، کومولوس(همرفت): Grell-Devenyi، لایه مرزی: Mellor-Yamada-Janjic، تابش جوی بلند: RRTM و کوتاه Dudhia ، زمین سطح: Noah lsm و لایه سطحی: Janjic در شبیه سازی و پیش بینی توفان های تندری در ایستگاه تهران مهرآباد، مقادیر دقیق تری را برای شاخص های مذکور ارائه داد. شاخص های پایداری TT، K، LI و CAPE+ دارای کمترین مقدار خطا بوده و عملکرد مناسبی نسبت به شاخص های دیگر داشته اند، به طوریکه میانگین مطلق خطا برای این شاخص ها به ترتیب 33/3، 37/4، 55/2 و 1/321 و همچنین میانگین انحراف خطا به ترتیب 87/0- ، 03/1- ، 99/0 و1/36- برآورد شده است.از شاخص های مذکور می توان جهت پیش آگاهی توفان تندری در مراکز پیش بینی سازمان هواشناسی استفاده کرد. دو شاخص دیگر SI و SWEAT به ترتیب دارای میانگین مطلق خطای 2/2 و 98/85 و میانگین انحراف خطا 99/0 و 54/42 می باشند.

مطالعه امواج گرانی- لختی براساس تغییرات بزرگدامنه فشار سطح بر روی ایران
بررسی تغییرات فشار سطح دریا یکی از روشهای شناسایی امواج گرانی- لختی است. در این مطالعه، موارد تغییر فشار سطح دریا بیش از 3 هکتوپاسکال در طی یک ساعت برای چندین ایستگاه ایران دریک دوره هشت ماهه شناسایی میشود. سپس، با توجه به الگوهای همدیدی و تغییر میدانهای دما و باد ایستگاهها، موارد تغییر فشار سطح همراه با رخداد امواج گرانی- لختی تعیین میشود. با شبیهسازی موارد انتخابی به کمک مدل WRF و ترسیم میدان واگرایی افقی سرعت، ویژگیهای امواج گرانی- لختی محاسبه میشود. در این مطالعه چهار مورد رخداد گرانی- لختی امواج شناسایی شد که با کمک نتایج شبیهسازی عددی موارد مذکور، مشخص گردید که سه چشمه کوهساری، جبهه گرم سطوح زیرین و جریان جتی در تولید و انتشار این امواج نقش داشتهاند. همچنین، زمانی که در سطوح زیرین ناپایداری شدید وجود دارد، شرایط برای نگهداشت و تقویت موج فراهم نبوده و در شبیهسازی مدل نیز اثری از امواج دیده نمیشود.

مطالعه ی تجربی نقش مواد سطح فعال بر تشکیل ابر گرم در آزمایشگاه
مواد سطح فعالبه دلیل تاثیراتی کهبر روی کدورت و مدت ماندگاری ابر دارندمورد توجه و مطالعه قرارگرفتهاند. این تغییرات بر روی قطرکهای ابر منجر به تغییراتی در خواص فیزیک ابر خواهد شد که در نتیجه موجب تاثیر گذاری بر سیستم آبوهوایی منطقهای و جهانی میشود. در این مطالعه آزمایشگاهی،از مواد سطح فعال اسید استئاریک و استالدهید استفاده شده است که اثرات این دو ماده در غلظتهای مختلف بر کدورت ابر گرم و همچنین مدت زمان ماندگاری ابر گرم مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. هواویزهای این دو ماده سطح فعال با روش حباب در محلول تولید شده است. تشکیل ابر گرم مصنوعی با استفاده از انبساط بیدررو انجام میشود. چیدمان آزمایشگاهی شامل یک محفظه ابر 20 لیتری، سامانة اندازهگیری کدورت ابر متشکل از یک لیزر، آشکارساز، تقویت کننده و یک رایانه مجهز به مبدل برق است، بهطوریکه پرتو لیزر از میان ابر عبور میکند و به آشکارساز میرسد و بسته به کدورت ابر، سیگنال لیزر تغییر میکند. نتایج این آزمایش مربوط به 5 غلظت (2.5، 5، 7.5، 10و 12.5ppm) دو ماده سطح فعال و حالت پایه (بدون ماده سطح فعال) است که برای افزایش دقت، هر یک از آزمایشها 4 بار تکرار شده است. بهصورت کیفی با افزایش غلظت مواد سطح فعال، میزان کدورت در تمام غلظتها نسبت به حالت پایه بیشتر است و تا غلظت خاصی روند افزایشی دارد. مدت زمان ماندگاری ابر برای اسید استئاریک در تمامی غلظتها نسبت به حالت پایه کمتر است و برای استالدهید در 3 غلظت آخر نسبت به حالت پایه افزایش مییابد. در مورد عدد بارش برای هر دو ماده مورد استفاده در تمامی غلظتها نسبت به حالت پایه بیشتر است و در غلظت ppm 7.5 برای اسید استئاریک و درغلظت ppm 2.5 برای استالدهید مقادیر بیشینه عدد بارش اتفاق میافتد.

واکاویی همدیدی - دینامیک بارش فراگیر و نادر 20 تا 24فروردینماه 1386 جنوب و جنوب غرب ایران
بارش یکی از مهمترین پارامترهای اقلیمی میباشد خصوصا اگر در پهنه جغرافیایی بزرگی رخ دهد. در این مقاله بارش فراگیر20 تا 24 فروردین 1386 (9تا12آوریل 2007) جنوب غربی و نیمه جنوبی ایران به عنوان نمونه مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتهاست. جهت این بررسی نقشههای روزانه فشار سطح زمین و ارتفاع ژئوپتانسیل و وزش رطوبتی و چرخندگی و امگای ترازهای 850 و 500 هکتوپاسکال از 48 ساعت قبل از وقوع بارش تا 24 ساعت بعد از وقوع آن از سایت NCAR/NCEP استخراج شده و سپس در نرمافزار GRADS این نقشهها ترسیم و تفسیرگردید. عناصر اقلیمی مورد استفاده در این تحلیل شامل آمار روزانه دما، رطوبت نسبی و بارش 12ایستگاه منتخب در این منطقه از ایران است، و برای محاسبه میزان ناپایداری از دادههای جو بالا و شاخصهای ناپایداری ایستگاه اهواز استفاده شدهاست. نتایج تحقیق نشان میدهند که واچرخند مستقر برروی دریای سیاه با ریزش هوای سرد عرضهای بالاتر به قسمت عقب سامانه کمفشار سودانی سبب فعال شدن این سامانه شدهاست. اسقرار دو سامانه پرفشار یکی در شمال ایران و دیگری در غرب و شمال غرب ایران باعث استقرار چند روزه سامانه کمفشار در منطقه و نصفالنهاری شدن جریان بادهای غربی و عمیق شدن ناوه تراز 500 هکتوپاسکال و افزایش تاوایی و ناپایداری جو در این روزها در مناطق جنوبی و جنوب غربی ایران شدهاست. همچنین این سامانه از طریق آبهای گرم جنوبی ایران در تاریخ 20تا24فروردین 1386(9تا12آوریل 2007) تغذیه شده و سبب رخداد بارش و آب گرفتگی و سیلاب در در حدود 20 استان به ویژه استانهای جنوبی و جنوب غربی شدهاست. همچنین مقدار شاخصهای ناپایداری نیز وجود جو ناپایدار و کژفشار در این روزها در نواحی جنوب و جنوب غربی ایران را تایید میکنند.

تعیین منطقه هدف بارورسازی ابرها با استفاده از مدل پاشندگی
یکی از چالشهای مهم در ارزیابی باروری ابرها تعیین منطقه تحت تأثیر مواد باروری، موسوم به منطقه هدف است. در روش فعلی تعیین منطقه هدف، در ارزیابی پروژه باروری ابرها در ایران، مواد باروری از محل شلیک به مدت دو ساعت با استفاده از داده سرعت و جهت باد خروجی مدل WRF در راستای باد، در محیط GIS انتقال داده میشود. با وجود پیچیدگیها و عدم قطعیتهای موجود در روشهای تعیین منطقه هدف، در این مقاله سعی شده با بهکارگیری مدلپخش مواد، روش جدیدی برای مشخص نمودن منطقه هدف ارائه گردد. در این روش با انتخاب یکی از پروازهای باروری، مدل WRF برای روز عملیات اجرا گردیده و نتیجه این اجرا به همراه مشخصات نقاط شلیک مواد باروری، به عنوان ورودی به مدل Hysplit داده شده و پس از انتقال دو ساعته مواد باروی توسط مدل، نقاط خروجی حاصل برای ترسیم منطقه هدف مورد استفاده قرار گرفته شده است. مقایسه منطقه هدف حاصل از روش این مقاله و روش فعلی به کار رفته در ارزیابی باروری ابرها در ایران، نشان دهنده تطابق و همپوشانی مناسب دو منطقه بوده و برای این مورد مطالعاتی میتواند با دقت خوبی جایگزین منطقه هدف محاسبه شده با روش انتقال مواد باروری بر روی نقشه باشد.
