Agriculture is the most important economic activity in the world and covers the entire land on earth, and accounts for 45% of the employed population (Kukki et al, 2003: 3). Therefore, in this research, it is attempted to use the ANP method to identify and identify the areas of the study area that are prone to cotton planting in Moughan Plain using climatic and physical factors of the earth and the use of GIS. To put up.   Materials and methods In the present study, two climatological databases and a land resources base have been used to achieve the desired goal. Climate databases that contain climatic elements of temperature, precipitation, relative humidity, sunny hours, day-to-day growth, statistics from the synoptic station and the climatology of the Weather Administration and Water Organization of the province, since the establishment until 2015 Have been developed. Then, using statistical software, Excel compiled the database in the GIS environment. Subsequently, each of the relevant parameters, in the GIS environment, was transformed into information layers and maps by generalizing the data of the stations to the surrounding levels. The ANP method is another method of decision making and has a more general form of other methods. As a result, the more complex relationships between the different levels of decision are represented in a network, and they consider the interactions between the criteria and the alternatives (suggestions). Many of today's systems and programs operate in a multi-criteria manner through a network structure and then the evaluation of suggestions and strategies (Uxel, 2009: 4). One of the early algorithms in multi-criteria decision-making techniques is the AHP, which is suited to solving most complex issues. The AHP was used by the hour in 1980. Calculation of criteria weight based on ANP model The time has come to develop a theory of the AHP method, the ANP method, or the network analysis process, in which it is possible that the elements and clusters interact with each other. This connection refers to the association of a cluster with other clusters or the association of elements of a cluster with each other (Sectani et al, 2001: 7). This connection is shown in Fig. 3, which is an overview of the model worked for this study and is well illustrated.   Results and discussion Assessment of Climatic Elements Related to the Cotton Cotton Climatic Needs Evaluation of Moughan plain temperatures for cotton cultivation According to the research objective, in order to study the thermal condition of Moughan plain with the thermal needs of cotton, it is necessary to study the temperature conditions of the stations studied in relation to the thermal requirements of cotton. To do this, databases on the thermal parameters required for cotton in the GIS environment are processed using the functions contained therein and by generalizing the data to the surface, the information layers of each of them, with attention Cotton thermal requirements were based on the criteria set. The maps prepared for the thermal needs of cotton include the average of maximum temperatures, the average of the minimum temperature, the temperature of the germination stage, the flower and the maturity, the annual temperature (the temperature of the growth period). The data of Moughan Plain Station statistics were used to prepare each of the relevant maps and finally the data was analyzed using data processing and the conversion of point data to spatial data using inference method.   Conclusion In this research, data of ground resources such as topographic characteristics of the area (altitude, slope) and land use (including crop rotation, rainforest, rangeland, and forests) were investigated. Each layer was examined and evaluated separately for the needs and conditions for cotton cultivation. In this way, the integration and overlapping of the layers were based on the importance and impact of each of the criteria. To do this, first by comparing the paired matrix, each of the criteria was compared in relative terms and each relative importance was determined. The height criterion for cotton was weighted (0.34202), land use for cotton (0.31224), and slope for cotton (0.34574). Due to these factors, in general, the northern parts are suitable for cultivation. The results of the data analysis indicate that 54.4% of Moughan plain area is unrestricted for cotton cultivation, and 6.8% of the area for cotton cultivation is inappropriate.}, keywords = {Climate,cotton,analysis lattice process ANP,Moughan}, title_fa = {بررسی شرایط آب و هوایی دشت مغان برای کشت محصول پنبه با روش ANP}, abstract_fa = {اقلیم و توپوگرافی از جمله مولفههای محیطی هستند که استعداد و قابلیت تولید محصول زراعی در یک منطقه به آنها وابسته است. لذا مطالعهی عناصر و عوامل اقلیمی مؤثر بر کشاورزی از اهمیت ویژهای برخوردار است. هدف اصلی این تحقیق شناخت مناطق مستعد دشت مغان برای کشت محصول پنبه براساس روشهای تصمیمگیری چند معیاره در محیط GIS میباشد. به همین منظور برای شناخت مناطق مستعد منطقه مورد مطالعه از آمار دادههای اقلیمی ایستگاههای سینوپتیکی و کلیماتولوژی سطح مغان از قبیل: درجه حرارت، بارش، رطوبتنسبی، ساعات آفتابی و درجه – روز رشد و دادههای قابلیت محیطی از قبیل: شیب، ارتفاع و کاربری اراضی از زمان تأسیس تا سال 1394 استفاده شده است. با وزندهی به پلیگون نقشههای تهیه شده براساس معیارها و مدل مورد نظر، تلفیق و همپوشانی نقشه ها در محیط GIS صورت گرفته و نقشه نهایی ارزیابی تناسب اراضی برای کشت پنبه تهیه شد. براساس نتایج، اراضی منطقهی مورد مطالعه براساس پتانسیل اقلیمی و محیطی برای کشت پنبه 04/54 درصد اراضی بدون محدودیت، 87/24 درصد اراضی با محدودیت کم، 1/13 درصد اراضی با محدودیت متوسط، 6/8 درصد اراضی با محدودیت زیاد میباشد.}, keywords_fa = {آب و هوا,پنبه,تحلیل فرآیند شبکه‌ای ANP,دشت مغان}, url = {https://clima.irimo.ir/article_130335.html}, eprint = {https://clima.irimo.ir/article_130335_285b8c2c081bdb615bc3e059d92f7cf5.pdf} }
